Acentra Health is looking for a Part-time PASRR Evaluator to join our growing team in the Topeka, Kansas area.

In this role, you will conduct PASRR Level II Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review assessments, evaluating individuals to guide next-level-of-care decisions.

This is a hybrid position that combines remote work from home with field-based responsibilities, requiring collaboration with healthcare professionals and strict adherence to HIPAA and government regulations.

Qualifications

• Active, unrestricted Kansas license in healthcare discipline (LMHP or RN or equivalent).
• Graduation from an accredited college or university with a degree in a relevant field.
• 3+ years of experience in assessment/diagnosis of mental or psychiatric disorders.

Responsabilités

• Perform PASRR Level II Pre-Admission Screening and Resident Review assessments.
• Determine appropriate level of care based on patient functioning.
• Ensure compliance with HIPAA and government regulations.
• Interact with healthcare professionals, patients, families, and partners.
• Develop level of care recommendations based on clinical evaluations.
