Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking a Parts Customer Service Account Coordinator to process parts requests for the US, Canada, Australia, and the Americas. You will handle inquiries, quote parts, and manage shipments from our corporate offices.

This on-site role includes training lasting 3–4 months, with eligibility for up to one remote workday per week thereafter based on business needs and guidelines. Strong communication and organization are essential for success.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 6+ months of customer service experience.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Well organized and self-motivated.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with high call volume.

Responsibilities

• Answer approximately 300 incoming calls weekly.
• Respond to emails from service agents, end users, dealers and sales force regarding parts.
• Quote part numbers, costs and stock requests across True Manufacturing companies.
• Take credit card orders.
• Track parts shipments.
• Quote parts inventory and lead times.
• Regular on-site attendance is required; training may include remote workdays after 3–4 months.
