Mitsubishi Heavy Industries America, Inc. (MHIA) is seeking a Parts Coordinator I to support the Corrugating Machinery Division from our Hunt Valley, MD location.

This hybrid role focuses on identifying replacement parts, preparing quotations, and coordinating orders from inquiry through delivery. Responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, verifying part numbers, pricing, and availability, and ensuring order accuracy in business systems.

Qualifications

• High School diploma or equivalent required.
• Minimum of one (1) year of related customer service, sales support, order entry, parts coordination, or administrative experience required.
• Proficiency using Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, and Excel.
• Ability to accurately enter, review, and maintain customer, order, and parts information in business systems.

Responsibilities

• Responds to customer inquiries regarding replacement parts for corrugating equipment and provides clear, professional, and timely communication throughout the sales process.
• Reviews parts manuals, databases, and other available resources to identify required replacement parts and confirm customer needs.
• Prepare accurate quotations by confirming part numbers, pricing, availability, lead times, and applicable order details.
• Process customer orders in the applicable business system, ensuring information is entered accurately and consistently with customer requests.
• Maintains and updates customer information, open order details, and account activity in customer relationship management or related business systems.
• Coordinates with purchasing, warehouse, and other internal teams to verify parts availability, vendor status, shipment timing and outbound delivery information.
• Addresses customer questions or concerns related to parts orders, pricing, availability, order status, and delivery, escalating issues as appropriate.
