Job summary

CNH Industrial is seeking a Parts Technical Support Agent to join a fast-paced Customer Solutions Center. This hybrid role requires three days in-office to support North American dealer networks with technical expertise on parts and service.

Responsibilities include handling requests, researching issues, documenting actions, and coordinating with depots and quality teams to ensure timely resolutions. The role emphasizes customer focus, teamwork, and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Associate degree in Agriculture, Construction, or a related mechanical/technical field.
• Three (3) years of experience supporting, diagnosing, repairing, or servicing agricultural, construction, or heavy equipment.
• Minimum one year experience with daily usage of Windows based computer systems.
• Minimum typing speed of 35WPM.
• Ability to work flexible hours as business needs dictate.

Responsibilities

• Process requests via phone or online tool and document in internal incident system.
• Find fast and alternative solutions for dealers to reduce machine downtime.
• Research issues using available tools and seek information when not readily available.
• Compose accurate part identification information for corrective action.
• Coordinate quality problems with Parts Depots and Central Quality team for corrective action.
• Troubleshoot issues and deliver complete resolution, explaining via verbal and written media.
• Identify catalog/material publishing errors and escalate as needed.
• Participate in training to deepen product and service knowledge.
