Job summary

True Manufacturing is seeking a bilingual Spanish/English Customer Service Account Coordinator to serve as the main contact for US and LATAM customers, handling field replacement parts orders. You will resolve product issues by clarifying concerns, diagnosing causes, and explaining best solutions, then following up to ensure resolution.

The role is office-based with regular on-site presence; up to one remote workday per week may be permitted based on business needs.

Qualifications

• Bilingual in English and Spanish required to communicate with customers and vendors.
• At least 1 year of related customer service experience.
• Strong communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Experience with parts orders or cabinetry knowledge preferred.

Responsibilities

• Handle incoming and outgoing parts calls from global partners and provide technical information as needed.
• Check open order ship status and quote parts pricing and shipping lead times.
• Process parts orders from phone, fax or email.
• Participate in cross-functional teams and attend meetings.
• Maintain regular on-site attendance; up to one remote workday per week may be permitted.
• Collaborate with teammates and leadership to support timely decisions and operations.
