Job summary

Harbor is seeking an Alliances & Partner Operations Associate to support the growth of our strategic partnerships with leading technology and service providers. You will help coordinate partner activities, maintain data in Salesforce, track opportunities, and prepare reports and summaries for cross-functional teams.

Working with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery, you will gain exposure to partnerships, business operations, and AI-enabled solutions in a fast-paced professional services environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in business, analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to interpret information.
• Proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint; able to build professional presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day operations of partner programs and track progress.
• Maintain accurate partner and opportunity data in Salesforce and other systems.
• Analyze data to identify opportunities and growth areas using Excel and BI tools.
• Prepare reports, agendas, and summaries for partner reviews.
• Support collaboration across Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams.
