Harbor is seeking an Alliances & Partner Operations Associate to support our strategic partner programs from our Chicago HQ with hybrid flexibility. You will coordinate activities, manage data, and analyze opportunities to strengthen partner relationships and drive growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Economics, Marketing, Analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to collect, organize, and interpret information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint; ability to work with data and create professional presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail; able to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• Collaborative, team-oriented approach with ability to work independently.
• Curiosity, initiative, and willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and processes.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day operations of Harbor's strategic partner programs, coordinating activities and tracking progress.
• Maintain partner and opportunity data in Salesforce and other systems; support reporting and visibility.
• Collect, organize, and analyze data to identify opportunities, partner overlap, and growth areas using Excel and Crossbeam.
• Assist with business research, market analysis, and opportunity tracking for planning and decisions.
• Coordinate partner meetings and reviews; schedule, prepare agendas, document actions, track next steps.
• Collaborate with Sales, Marketing, Delivery and other teams on partner-related projects.
• Prepare reports, presentations, and summaries communicating activities and insights.
• Support projects involving AI-enabled solutions; track activities and milestones.
• Assist with coordinating interns and team resources as needed.
• Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and efficiency.
