Job summary

Harbor is seeking an Alliances & Partner Operations Associate in Chicago to support the growth of key strategic partnerships. You will coordinate partner activities, maintain data in Salesforce, and analyze opportunities to identify growth areas.

You’ll work closely with Sales, Marketing, and Delivery teams in a hybrid role that blends business operations with exposure to AI-enabled solutions and emerging technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business, finance, economics, marketing, analytics, or related field.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to collect, organize, and interpret information.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and PowerPoint, including the ability to work with data and create professional presentations.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple assignments and meet deadlines.
• A collaborative, team-oriented approach with the ability to work independently when needed.
• Curiosity, initiative, and a willingness to learn new technologies, systems, and business processes.
• Permanent U.S. work authorization.

Responsibilities

• Supporting the day-to-day operations of Harbor's strategic partner programs, helping coordinate activities, track progress, and ensure timely follow-up on key initiatives.
• Maintaining accurate partner and opportunity information in Salesforce and other business systems, supporting reporting and visibility into partnership activities.
• Collecting, organizing, and analyzing data to help identify potential business opportunities, partner overlap, and areas for growth using tools such as Excel and Crossbeam.
• Assisting with business research, market analysis, and opportunity tracking to support partnership planning and decision-making.
• Coordinating partner meetings and business reviews, including scheduling, preparing agendas and presentation materials, documenting action items, and tracking next steps.
• Collaborating with Sales, Marketing, Delivery, and other internal teams to support partner-related projects and initiatives.
• Preparing reports, presentations, and summaries that communicate partnership activities, progress, and key insights.
• Supporting projects involving new technologies and AI-enabled solutions, helping track activities, milestones, and opportunities for adoption.
• Assisting with the coordination of interns and other team resources, as needed.
• Proactively identifying opportunities to improve processes, organize information, and help the team work more efficiently.
