Job summary

Harbor Capital Advisors, Inc. is seeking a Client Engagement Associate to support the National Accounts team in Chicago/Boston.

You will assist National Account Managers and the Head of National Accounts with planning, client research, and meeting preparation, while gradually taking on direct client engagement. The role emphasizes collaboration across Field Sales, Marketing, Compliance, Investments, RFP, and Operations, with opportunities to lead client calls.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 1–2 years’ experience in asset management preferred.
• FINRA Series 7 and 63 licenses.

Responsibilities

• Support National Account Managers and Head of National Accounts with planning, sales and service efforts related to Account and Opportunity Management.
• Conduct client research and handle operational tasks; manage client reports and meeting materials.
• Maintain data quality and sales pipeline hygiene; coordinate internal resources as needed.
• Assist with preparation for client meetings and follow-up; participate in client calls and meetings as experience grows.
