Partnerize in London is seeking a proactive Partner Manager to craft recruitment and optimisation strategies for a growing partner ecosystem. You’ll source, recruit, onboard and manage partnerships, collaborating with Account Strategists to deliver world-class service and hit channel goals.

The role is hybrid, with two days per week in our London office, and offers a comprehensive UK benefits package. You’ll need a degree in Business/Marketing or 2+ years in online marketing or affiliate

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing or related field.
• 2+ years in online marketing, e-commerce, or affiliate marketing.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks in a client-facing environment.
• French or German language skills are a plus.

Responsibilities

• Craft recruitment and optimisation strategy for the partner ecosystem.
• Execute recruitment strategy and monitor performance of optimisations.
• Own the lifecycle of the Partner Ecosystem – sourcing, recruiting, onboarding.
• Engage with the partner ecosystem and communicate opportunities to clients.
• Collaborate with Account Strategists to ensure world-class service.
• Develop and nurture strategicrelationships across the partner ecosystem.
• Keep partners engaged through personalised outreach and materials.
• Report on partner performance to internal teams and clients.
• Audit the partner ecosystem for accuracy and performance.
• Ensure delivery of creative assets and marketing materials.
