Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Significant experience practicing within a sophisticated law firm environment.
• Established portable book of business and demonstrated client development and retention.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice while leveraging a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and workplace-related matters and data privacy compliance.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, traditional labor matters, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage and strengthen existing client relationships while pursuing new business opportunities.
• Collaborate with attorneys across offices and practice groups to deliver comprehensive legal solutions.
