Qualifications

• JD from an accredited law school with a strong academic record.
• Active Bar admission in at least one U.S. jurisdiction and in good standing.
• Established portable book of business and client development track record.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and expand a successful legal practice leveraging a national platform.
• Provide strategic counsel to employers on labor, employment, and data privacy matters.
• Lead complex litigation, investigations, and workplace compliance initiatives.
• Manage client relationships and drive new business development.
• Collaborate across offices and mentor junior attorneys.
• Participate in strategic growth initiatives in targeted markets.
