Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join Cura Hospitality in Farmington, MO. The role focuses on assessing and addressing residents’ nutritional needs, with hybrid scheduling and weekly hours split between Farmington and Rolla locations.

The position emphasizes collaboration with a multidisciplinary team, care planning, and targeted nutrition interventions for the elderly, including MDS/CAAs tasks and regular care conferences.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024) is required.
• Passes the national exam by the CDR or is eligible.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulations for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition assessments for admissions and annual reviews.
• Deliver nutrition education to residents as needed.
• Develop and update care plans for nurses and aides.
• Complete MDS Section K and CAAs.
• Use nutrition-focused exam to identify malnutrition per ASPEN criteria.
• Participate in family care conferences and interdiscliplinary meetings.
• Attend QAPI and kitchen/service audits.
