Job summary

Elior North America is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join Cura Hospitality team at Farmington Presbyterian Manor, Farmington, MO. The hybrid role includes 17 hours weekly at Farmington and 8 hours every other week at Rolla Presbyterian Manor, focusing on nutrition assessments and care plans for residents.

The ideal candidate holds a nutrition degree, is licensed or eligible, and can collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to support resident wellbeing.

Qualifications

• Holds a nutrition degree and licensure eligibility; passes CDR exam or meets eligibility requirements.
• Completes ongoing continuing education (75 hours per 5 years) per CDR requirements.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements; knowledge of assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition assessments for admissions, quarterly and annual reviews, tube feedings, weight changes, wounds, and significant changes.
• Deliver nutrition education to residents as needed.
• Create and update care plans for nurses/CNAs/CMAs for meals and snacks aligned with resident preferences.
• Complete MDS (Minimum Data Sheets) for Section K and CAAs.
• Use nutrition-focused physical exams to identify malnutrition per ASPEN criteria.
• Participate in care conferences with families; collaborate with interdisciplinary team.
• Attend QAPI and quality improvement meetings each quarter.
• Conduct monthly kitchen inspections and meal service audits.
