Elior North America is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join the Cura Hospitality team in Farmington, MO. You will assess nutritional needs, develop and update care plans, and collaborate with nurses, CNAs, and the interdisciplinary team to support resident well-being.

This hybrid role requires 17 hours per week at Farmington Presbyterian Manor and 8 hours every other week at Rolla Presbyterian Manor. A $1,000 sign-on bonus is available and part-time benefits apply.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in nutrition or related field; required.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years as per CDR; licensure/certification per state.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.

Responsabilités

• Provide nutrition assessments for admissions, quarterly and annual reviews, weight changes, wounds, and significant changes.
• Provide nutrition education to residents on request.
• Create and update care plans for nurses, CNAs, and CMAs to tailor meals to preferences.
• Complete MDS for Section K and CAAs.
• Use nutrition-focused physical exams to identify malnutrition according to ASPEN criteria.
• Participate in care conferences with families and weekly clinical meetings.
• Participate in QAPI quality improvement meetings and monthly kitchen inspections.
