Elior North America is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join Cura Hospitality in Farmington, MO, and to cover Rolla, MO. You will assess nutritional status, develop care plans, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to enhance residents' quality of life.

The role is hybrid, scheduled for 17 hours weekly at Farmington Presbyterian Manor and 8 hours every other week at Rolla Presbyterian Manor. Bachelor’s in nutrition and relevant licensure are required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (Prior to 2024) or related field.
• Passed a national examination administered by the Commission on Dietetic Registration (CDR) or meets eligibility.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years per CDR requirements.
• Licensed or certified per state requirements.
• Knowledge of regulation standards for assessments, care planning, and residents’ rights.
• Ability to teach others about nutrition and dietetics.

Responsabilités

• Provide nutrition assessments for admissions, quarterly/annual reviews, tube feedings, weight changes, wounds, and significant changes.
• Nutrition education as needed and requested by residents.
• Create and update care plans for nurses to tailor meals to resident preferences.
• Complete MDS for Section K and CAAs.
• Use nutrition-focused exams to identify malnutrition per ASPEN criteria.
• Attend care conferences with families to discuss resident changes.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to provide resident-centered care.
• Participate in QAPI and quality/performance meetings quarterly.
• Conduct monthly kitchen inspections and meal service audits.
