Job summary

Elior North America through Cura Hospitality is seeking a Part-Time Registered Dietitian to join the Farmington, MO team with responsibilities for nutrition assessment, care planning, and resident-centered interventions. This role covers Farmington Presbyterian Manor and biweekly support at Rolla Presbyterian Manor.

The position is hybrid and part-time, with a set schedule totaling 17 hours at Farmington and 8 hours every other week at Rolla, offering a sign-on bonus and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in nutrition (or related field) required.
• Passes the national CDR exam or meets eligibility requirements.
• Completes 75 hours of continuing education every five years.
• Licensed or certified as required by state regulations.
• Knowledge of regulations for comprehensive assessments and care planning.
• Ability to educate others on nutrition and dietetics.

Responsibilities

• Provide nutrition assessments for admissions and ongoing care.
• Create and update care plans for residents and nurses.
• Complete MDS for Section K and CAAs.
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary team in weekly meetings.
• Perform nutrition-focused exams to identify malnutrition.

Skills
