Colle McVoy is seeking a Paid Social Media Strategist to craft and manage paid social campaigns across multiple clients, blending brand and performance goals with creative insights.

You will work with media strategy, data science, and content teams to turn audience signals into measurable results, while staying ahead of evolving platforms and privacy developments. The role offers a hybrid, Minneapolis-based environment with opportunities to shape innovative social programs.

Formación

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent industry experience.
• Minimum two years of hands-on paid social experience.
• Experience managing multiple clients and budgets.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Ability to travel as needed.

Responsabilidades

• Develop paid social strategies across multiple clients and platforms.
• Manage day-to-day campaign setup, trafficking and optimization.
• Translate objectives into platform strategies and KPIs.
• Analyze campaigns to provide actionable insights.
• Prepare client-ready performance reports and recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align strategy with creative.
• Stay current on platforms, ad products and privacy changes.
• Educate teams on paid social trends and opportunities.
• Grow the agency's paid social practice through best practices.
• Integrate AI into research, development and reporting.
