Job summary

Adecco is assisting a local client recruiting a Customer Solutions Associate working at SOLON OH 44139. This role serves as the primary contact for customers and drives an end-to-end O2C process, collaborating with Supply Chain, Logistics, Sales, Billing, and Customer Service to improve order flow and service levels.

The position emphasizes optimizing orders, reducing waste, and delivering outstanding service across internal partners while operating in a hybrid schedule.

Qualifications

• 2–4 years in Supply Chain or Customer Operations.
• Experience with order management and logistics.
• Strong collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Monitor and resolve demand capture failures within SLAs.
• Ensure timely and accurate processing of customer demand requirements.
• Investigate root causes of demand-related issues and implement corrective actions.
• Monitor and manage open orders according to the Daily Activity Schedule.
• Identify and resolve blocked or exception orders within SLA requirements.
• Collaborate with customers and internal business partners to ensure uninterrupted order flow.
• Optimize orders for logistical efficiency, including maximizing payloads and consolidating or splitting shipments when appropriate.
• Provide proactive updates and visibility on order status to customers and internal stakeholders.
• Communicate with customers regarding out-of-stock situations, allocation constraints, or product availability issues.
• Partner with Order Fulfillment teams to resolve supply and delivery challenges.
• Address transportation and warehouse-related issues, including appointment scheduling, delivery delays, and picking discrepancies.
