Clearsulting seeks an Order to Cash, Associate Consulting Manager to lead end-to-end finance transformation initiatives. You will partner with clients and internal teams to design, configure, test, and deploy O2C solutions, and mentor analysts through complex engagements.

The role is based in Columbus, OH with hybrid or remote options and 0–20% travel. Expect a competitive compensation package and bonus eligibility, aligned with experience and geography.

Qualifications

4+ years in management consulting focused on O2C.
Experience implementing O2C SaaS solutions.
1+ years of people management experience.

Responsibilities

Contribute end-to-end O2C transformation for the Order to Cash lifecycle.
Analyze current-state processes, data, controls, and technology to identify root causes and improvements.
Build trusted relationships with clients and internal stakeholders; communicate progress and risks.
Contribute to Clearsulting’s growth by sharing knowledge and developing reusable tools.
Review the work of analysts and seniors, providing actionable feedback.
