Solvay is seeking a Customer Service Representative to join the Order-to-Cash team. You’ll be the main contact for customers, handling inquiries, processing orders, and resolving issues to ensure a smooth customer experience. The role requires coordination with Sales, Logistics, and production, plus oversight of deliveries and billing.

With 2+ years in related roles and fluency in English and German, you will thrive in a hybrid work environment and contribute to customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Qualifikationen

• Minimum 2 years in direct customer service, supply chain, or operations.
• English and German proficiency required.

Aufgaben

• Inquiry & Issue Resolution: primary contact for customer inquiries and resolve issues with professional, empathetic experience.
• Order Processing with Account Managers, production sites and Logistics.
• Coordinate with production plants and demand planners to deliver to customers.
• Collaborate with Sales, Logistics, and other internal teams for customer support and resolution.
• Monitor deliveries and payment behavior with Credit team; assist with billing.
