Job summary

Clearsulting LLC is seeking an Associate Consulting Manager to lead end-to-end Order to Cash transformations and drive client value from discovery to deployment. The role combines strategic oversight with hands-on implementation across O2C processes, data, and systems in a consulting environment.

You will mentor teams, manage stakeholders, and contribute to Clearsulting’s growth through reusable methodologies while staying aligned with our culture and core values.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of management consulting focused on O2C processes
• Experience implementing O2C SaaS solutions
• 1+ years of people management experience

Responsibilities

• Contribute across end-to-end finance transformation for the Order to Cash lifecycle
• Analyze current-state Order to Cash processes, data, controls, and technology
• Build trusted client relationships and communicate progress and risks
• Contribute to firm growth by sharing knowledge and developing reusable tools
• Review analysts' and seniors' work and provide actionable feedback
