Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in a customer-facing sales service role.
• Experience in Supply Chain, Manufacturing, or Logistics.
• Ability to make quick decisions in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Serve as a customer advocate by identifying needs.
• Manage the order-to-cash process for assigned customers.
