Responsibilities

• Enter and process customer orders accurately in the ERP/order management system.
• Verify order details and quantities against documentation before entry.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Sales, Branch Management, and Warehouse to ensure materials availability.
• Communicate with Production, Design, Warehouse to resolve discrepancies and issues.
• Maintain organized electronic order files for audit compliance and data integrity.
• Support SOP development and perform daily order processing activities with minimal supervision.
