Responsibilities

• Plan and manage the full lifecycle of orders from entry to cash collection.
• Maintain clear communication with field teams, regional stakeholders, and shared services.
• Oversee order entry processes: quotation review, pricing validation, contract docs.
• Track and report modifications to contracts/orders via standard tools.
• Assist in Change Order Management to ensure compliance and efficiency.
• Optimize sales transfers and help resolve AR cash collection issues.
• Confirm delivery dates, manage backlog per work instructions, update key dates.
• Participate in continuous process improvement and Lean/Six Sigma efforts.
