Qualifications

• 2+ years in order management, customer service, or operations.
• Experience in technology/equipment sales or distribution preferred.
• Proficiency with D365 and SharePoint; strong Excel skills.
• Knowledge of order-to-cash processes, RMAs, SOWs, and service order workflows.
• Experience coordinating with Purchasing, Production, Shipping, and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Manage new customer setup and onboarding.
• Validate order creation and update order details.
• Perform compliance and credit checks; store docs.
• Coordinate with Purchasing for end-user and licensing info.
• Communicate order status with teams and customers.
• Interface with Customers daily to provide order status and ship dates.
• Interface with Shipping to obtain quotes and release shipments.
• Process payments for orders and ensure secure handling of payment information.
• Deliver packing slips and tracking details to customers.
• Manage escalations and exceptions to ensure seamless experience.
• Assist in managing customer return requests.
• Support invoice generation, credits, and adjustments.
• Maintain tax exemption records.
• Maintain documentation of order activities.
