Job summary

GE HealthCare is seeking a Contract Operations Support Specialist in the United States to help implement and maintain customer and GPO contracts. You will perform data governance, data accuracy checks, and collaborate with Sales, Customer Service and Contracting teams to ensure accurate contract setup and timely execution.

Responsibilities include supporting QA reviews, process improvements, UAT, and training during system enhancements.

Qualifications

• Effective communicator with experience partnering with multiple stakeholders.
• Experience supporting system enhancements and process improvements.
• Strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with SAP, Docusign, Microsoft Office and enterprise apps.
• Ability to assist planning, testing, training and implementation.
• Experience managing vendor onboarding, account maintenance and mailbox management.

Responsibilities

• Contract Implementation & Administration: implement and maintain customer and GPO agreements; perform quality control and resolve issues.
• New Account Setup & Customer Data Management: manage NAR workflows and master data across systems.
• Quality & Operational Excellence: run QA processes, identify gaps and support audits and governance.
• Project & Continuous Improvement: support cross-functional initiatives, UAT, training and post-launch support.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration: partner with Sales, Operations, Customer Service, Contracting and GPO teams.
