Job summary

SVP Worldwide is seeking a Specialist, Order Management – NA to oversee end-to-end order processing and customer support across multiple channels. You will ensure accurate, timely fulfillment and collaborate with internal teams to resolve issues while maintaining proper documentation.

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of experience in order management or related roles.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Enter, validate, and process customer orders via phone, email and systems.
• Review orders for accuracy, pricing, product information and requirements.
• Coordinate with internal teams to support timely order fulfillment.
• Respond to inquiries and resolve order, shipping and product issues.
• Document interactions and issue resolutions in business systems.
