Job summary

Primary Talent Partners is seeking an Order Management Representative in Nashville, TN for a 6-month contract with potential extension. The role supports the full order lifecycle as the single point of contact with customers until shipment.

The position is hybrid (3 days in office, 2 days remote), pays $22.00–$24.00/hr on a W2 contract with no PTO or benefits. ACA‑compliant supplemental package available; must be US-authorized to work.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience minimum in order management or related role.
• SOX experience and familiarity with credit/debits.
• Not a call center position; customer-facing but focused on orders.

Responsibilities

• Own an assigned set of customer accounts and manage full order lifecycle to on-time fulfillment.
• Serve as single point of contact with customers, distribution centers, and plants for orders.
• Research and resolve complex inquiries, escalating with documentation as needed.
• Maintain accurate records in systems and ensure export/shipping compliance.
• Support process improvements and generate standard and custom reports.
