Job summary

Kelly is seeking an entry-level Order Management Specialist in Newark, CA to support processing, reporting, data entry, issue triage, and SOX compliance for customer and partner orders.

The ideal candidate will have an Associate degree, experience with ERP and Salesforce, and strong communication and organizational skills. This hybrid role requires three days per week onsite and a Monday–Friday schedule with a pay rate of $28/hr.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent qualification.
• Experience using an ERP system.
• Experience using Salesforce or an equivalent CRM system.
• Strong organizational and attention-to-detail skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong teamwork skills and a self-starter mentality.
• Ability to work independently with appropriate guidance.
• Previous customer-facing experience.
• Experience in an ISO 13485 or GMP environment is a plus, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Support order processing for customer, international partner, and internal partner orders.
• Perform accurate data entry and maintain order-related information.
• Assist with reporting and order management activities.
• Help triage and resolve order-related issues.
• Support SOX compliance management and related documentation.
• Collaborate with members of the order management team and internal business partners.
• Provide professional communication and customer-facing support as needed.
• Take on additional responsibilities and contribute to team priorities.
