Job summary

Gentis Solutions is seeking a Supply Chain Analyst / Logistics Coordinator to support transportation and distribution operations across a national network in Nashville. You will work with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams to ensure shipments move on schedule.

The role starts as a W-2 contract paying $23/hour. After a 90–180 day ramp-up, conversion to full-time is expected with total compensation around $50,000–$60,000 annually, including quarterly and annual bonus potential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, logistics, or a related field.
• Working knowledge of logistics, transportation, or distribution operations.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Schedule inbound deliveries and outbound pickups.
• Coordinate fleet pickups at vendor locations.
• Communicate with carriers, suppliers, and internal teams.
• Audit freight payments and help resolve billing issues.
• Maintain transportation records and complete daily administrative tasks.
• Track activity through purchasing, inventory, and transportation systems.
• Support procurement, manufacturing, shipping, receiving, and distribution teams.
• Provide professional phone and customer service support.
