EF Explore America is offering an Operations Support Intern position in a hybrid role based in Cambridge, MA. The internship runs January 5, 2027 to June 30, 2027, with four days in the office and an option to work from home on Monday or Friday.

You will learn our Operations Support functions by assisting Production, Procurement and Tour Director teams with planning, logistics and supplier communications, including enrollment and lodging details. You may also work on one or more projects.

Qualifications

• Strong verbal and written communication to interact with team members and external stakeholders.
• Careful and thorough approach to data entry, reports, and process documentation.
• Problem-solving ability to develop solutions for operational challenges.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and related software.
• Ability to prioritize tasks and manage time to meet deadlines.

Responsabilités

• Support late traveler enrollment processes and communicate with stakeholders.
• Finalize group hotel details and related logistics.
• Provide Tour Director support and clear communication.
• Resolve service disputes with suppliers.
• Contribute to projects in the operations domain.
