Job summary

HireRight is seeking an Operations Manager-level leader in Tulsa to drive a 15-person research team in a hybrid work setting with three onsite days per week. You will be responsible for achieving department objectives and ensuring output meets high standards.

Ideal candidates will mentor staff, conduct regular 1:1s, enforce policies, and drive KPIs while handling escalations from clients and employees. Strong numeracy and analytical skills are essential.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent required.
• 4-5 years of experience managing others in a time sensitive environment.
• Demonstrated leadership ability in decision making and employee relations.
• Proven conflict management and communication skills.
• Prior verifications background screening experience a plus.

Responsibilities

• Root cause analysis of SLA deviations, action plan development and resolution.
• Identify process improvement areas and drive operational metrics like productivity and quality.
• Review daily production reports with researchers to assess production goals.
• Evaluate employee performance and execute appropriate personnel actions.
• Conduct regular 1:1s with researchers and provide feedback.
• Enforce HireRight policies and client requirements.
• Handle escalated issues and requests from clients and staff.
• Create and manage KPIs and communicate objectives clearly.
