Job summary

Pembroke & Co., Inc. is seeking a Manager, Operations to lead day-to-day operations, supervise teams, and optimize client work flows from intake to delivery. The role balances priorities, ensures quality, and drives improvements in production efficiency.

The position requires 5+ years in people or production management, familiarity with franchise multi-unit operators, and strong data and Office skills; hybrid in-office schedule with some flexibility.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 5+ years of people, project, or production management experience, ideally in a high-volume, deadline-driven environment.
• Familiarity with franchise operations and what matters to multi-unit operators; QSR experience strongly preferred.
• Proficiency with the Microsoft Office Suite and comfort interpreting data sets.

Responsibilities

• Supervise, coach, and develop the analyst team with regular 1:1s.
• Own scheduling and capacity for the operations department.
• Manage full lifecycle of client requests from intake to delivery.
• Collaborate with revenue & growth teams on complex client replies.
• Ensure on-time communication and completion of work.
