Job summary

HireRight in Tulsa, OK is seeking a Manager of Operations to lead a high-performing team and drive day-to-day operations with speed and accuracy.

You will oversee Supervisors and front-line staff, implement process improvements, and mentor managers to foster growth while maintaining strong client relationships in a hybrid work setting with three onsite days per week.

Qualifications

• 4–6 years leading teams in deadline-driven environments.
• Proven leadership, decision-making, and prioritization skills.
• Comfortable with tough client calls and driving satisfaction.
• Strategic planning aligned with daily operations goals.
• Excellent communication and coaching abilities.
• Education: high school diploma required; bachelor's preferred.

This is a hybrid role requiring three onsite days per week and is based in Tulsa OK.

Responsibilities

Lead the charge: Oversee a team of Supervisors and front-line staff, ensuring smooth operations, fast turnaround times, and top‑tier quality every day.

Qualifications

What You Bring

Experience: Minimum 4–6 years leading teams in a deadline driven environment, with a proven track record in operations and people leadership.

Leadership skills: You know how to make tough decisions, manage multiple priorities, and keep teams focused and motivated.

Client confidence: Comfortable on tough client‑facing calls and skilled at turning challenges into solutions.

Strategic thinking: You’re not just about today, you’re thinking ahead, aligning daily execution with big‑picture goals.

Communication mastery: Whether you're coaching your team or talking to clients, you know how to deliver your message with clarity and impact.

Education: High School diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred (or equivalent experience).
