Job summary

Slalom is seeking an Operations Senior Specialist for our Seattle headquarters in a hybrid role requiring three days in the office. You will own onboarding experiences, oversee events and ticketing, and support building operations with cross‑functional teams.

You will partner with executives and market leadership to ensure timely information, facilitate ServiceNow requests, and maintain vendor relationships while supporting executive assistants and guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in administrative/office management.
• Project and program management experience.
• Customer service mindset and proactive attitude.
• Must be able to lift 50 pounds as part of daily operations.

Responsibilities

• Lead Seattle onboarding with the Market Onboarding lead and coordinate first day experience.
• Oversee the sports ticketing program: budgeting, allocation, day-of distribution.
• Coordinate internal communications across SharePoint, Teams, Viva Engage, and email.
• Liaise with executives and departments for on-demand information.
