Job summary

ICF International in Reston, VA is seeking an Operations Analyst to help enable efficient operations across Administrative Operations & Systems and other corporate functions. You will assist with technical tasks, process improvement, and project coordination while supporting training, communications, and cross-functional activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations, Information Systems, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 1-3 years in operations, analyst, project coordination, or systems support.
• Experience supporting routine technical tasks, operational processes, or internal projects.
• Strong organizational skills with ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Support execution and maintenance of operational processes and standard workflows.
• Document procedures, workflows, and process updates for clarity and consistency.
• Assist with process improvement and documenting improvements under guidance.
• Track routine operational activities and provide status updates.
• Analyze and redesign business processes to reduce costs and improve efficiency.
• Perform routine system and technical support tasks, monitoring, maintenance, and basic troubleshooting.
• Support reporting and dashboard maintenance, data validation and refresh checks.
• Assist with workflow setup, updates, and simple automation.
• Support access management and system user administration.
