• Bachelor's degree in business or equivalent with general systems skills.
• 3–5 years of experience in Operations, information systems, and/or mobile systems UX; level 3 requires more.
• Experience supporting mobile field operations apps and system configuration.
• Experience administering business applications and maintenance/configuration activities.

Responsibilities

• Interact with employees at all levels; collaborate with process managers and stakeholders.
• Partner with IT/Operations leadership to translate business needs into solutions.
• Perform advanced diagnostics, configure apps, and support software releases; validate changes.
• Provide user training and change-management support.
