Job summary

iCatalyst, Inc. seeks a Management Analyst to support our federal program in Washington, DC, with hybrid work options. The role focuses on improving business processes, documenting requirements, and delivering metrics-driven program management.

You will lead workshops, develop SOPs, and collaborate with diverse teams to drive organizational change. The ideal candidate brings 4+ years in process reengineering or related consulting, Lean Six Sigma Green Belt, and proven experience with government

Qualifications

  • Minimum of four (4) years of relevant experience in business process reengineering, change management, facilitation, strategic analysis, or related business consulting disciplines.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience supporting U.S. federal government agencies.
  • Lean Six Sigma Green Belt certification required.
  • Experience analyzing and improving business processes to increase organizational efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Experience leading stakeholder interviews, workshops, and requirements validation sessions.
  • Experience developing and maintaining business documentation, including process maps, SOPs, business requirements documents, and implementation plans.
  • Experience developing and monitoring KPIs and performance metrics to support program performance and decision-making.
  • Experience supporting organizational change initiatives, including risk identification, mitigation planning, and business transition activities.
  • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement process improvements and strategic initiatives.

Responsibilities

  • Analyze existing business processes and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and increased efficiency.
  • Lead facilitation sessions and stakeholder workshops to gather, document, and validate business requirements.
  • Develop, maintain, and manage program documentation, including process maps, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and business requirements.
  • Develop, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) and performance metrics to support program management.
  • Develop and recommend business transition and change management strategies to support organizational transformation.
  • Identify potential implementation risks, recommend mitigation strategies, and support successful organizational change initiatives.
  • Engage stakeholders throughout planning and implementation activities to ensure alignment with strategic goals and organizational priorities.
  • Provide support and expertise in assigned domain.
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions.
  • Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and quality standards.
  • Support continuous improvement and innovation initiatives.
  • Special projects as needed.
