Job summary

Network Connex is seeking an Operations Analyst to support data center, engineering, and infrastructure projects. You will manage project financials, procurement activities, contract administration, invoicing processes, and operational reporting.

The role requires collaboration with PMO, Finance, Procurement, and external vendors to ensure accurate funding, tracking, and closure. Ideal candidates will have experience in project accounting, job costing, procurement, contract management, and ERP

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating project accounting and cost tracking.
• Familiarity with procurement, contracts, and invoicing processes.
• Experience with data center, engineering, or infrastructure projects.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Support project financials and cost tracking across projects.
• Process PSAs, subcontract agreements, and cost allocations.
• Prepare customer invoicing and internal billing transactions.
• Coordinate procurement and purchase orders with vendors.
• Facilitate operational reporting and status reviews.
• Serve as liaison between Operations, PMO, Procurement, Finance, and vendors.
