Job summary

Intelifi, Inc. in Beverly Hills, CA is seeking an Operations Manager to own the day-to-day operations and support the CEO in growth initiatives.

You will oversee office operations, coordinate cross‑functional workflows, monitor KPIs, implement SOPs, onboard and guide staff, and optimize technology and vendors for efficiency.

This hybrid, 20–25 hour/week role offers a base compensation plus performance incentives and a collaborative, entrepreneurial environment.

Qualifications

• 3+ years in operations management or similar leadership role.
• Proven ability to organize people and improve processes.
• Strong communication and cross-functional collaboration skills.

Responsibilities

• Overseeing daily company and office operations.
• Managing accountability, productivity and follow-through.
• Coordinating workflows across operations, customer service, sales and management.
• Monitoring customer service, turnaround times and escalated issues.
• Creating and improving processes, procedures and SOPs.
• Onboarding, training and managing employees.
• Tracking operational KPIs and reporting to the CEO.
• Coordinating vendors and outside service providers.
• Supporting quality-control and compliance procedures.
