Job summary

Opply Technologies is seeking a Customer Operations Partner for New Logo Operations in a hybrid Chicago office. You will manage accounts from onboarding through steady-state, handle orders, payments, and supplier interactions, while leveraging AI agents to optimize workflows.

You will monitor OTIF, invoice accuracy, and supplier onboarding metrics, driving continuous improvements with product and tech teams. Competitive base salary and generous holidays are offered.

Responsibilities

• Own and manage a portfolio of customer accounts from onboarding to steady-state operation.
• Act as first point of contact for orders, deliveries, payments, and platform issues; flag and resolve bugs.
• Speak with suppliers to finalize orders, pricing, and terms; manage credit limits.
• Coordinate freight and ensure compliance and audit readiness for accounts.
• Prompt, configure, and maintain AI agents to run routine workflows and drive efficiency.
• Monitor key operational metrics (OTIF, invoice accuracy, payment turnaround) and report findings.
