Job summary

TEKsystems is seeking personnel to support Raymond James on new account openings. The role focuses on regulatory compliance, process execution, and white-glove client service for incoming financial advisors and branch associates.

The position is contract-to-hire and based in a hybrid setup in Southfield, MI. Responsibilities include handling inquiries, maintaining SOPs, and collaborating with other departments to resolve escalated cases while providing updates on product offerings and branch

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business or related field preferred, but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of policies/procedures and regulatory requirements for opening new customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain process and technical skills for new account planning activities.
• Provide white-glove service to Raymond James clients via email/Teams/phone.
• Assist with escalated inquiries following SOP with other departments.
• Provide updates on product offerings and simplify standard branch operations.
