Raymond James Financial, Inc. is seeking a customer service professional to join our Branch & Concierge Services team in a hybrid work model. In-office days are required three days per week at Memphis, TN, Southfield, MI or St. Petersburg, FL offices, with typical hours 10am–7pm CST after training.

The role involves handling complex inquiries, processing custom orders, and maintaining CRM records to support retention and business development.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to handle complex customer inquiries.
• Familiarity with financial services terminology preferred.
• Experience in customer service is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced product/service information and respond to complex customer questions.
• Record and process custom/special orders requiring additional resources.
• Respond to escalations promptly and obtain managerial approvals as needed.
• Make calls to allocated customers to develop new relationships.
• Act as first contact for resolving customer queries and complaints.
• Schedule follow-ups and enter data into the CRM after each contact.
• Interview customers to clarify requirements and take detailed notes.
• Provide exceptional service to encourage continued use of products/services.
• Develop knowledge of policies, procedures and regulatory codes.
• Obtain supervisor authorization for exceptions.
• Participate in development activities and ongoing training.
• Stay updated on technology, regulation, and industry best practices.
