Job summary

Raymond James is ramping up its Operations organization to support incoming Financial Advisor onboarding. This contract-to-hire role will assist new FAs and Branch Associates with opening accounts, ensuring compliance, and delivering white-glove service via email, Teams and phone.

You will learn firm policies, handle new account planning, assist with escalated inquiries, and provide updates on products while helping streamline branch operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.

Responsibilities

• Develop working knowledge of policies and regulatory compliance to adhere to all protocols when opening new customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain process and technical skills to execute new account planning activities.
• Provide white-glove service to incoming Raymond James clients via email/Teams/phone.
• Assist with escalated inquiries by following SOP to engage with other departments.
• Provide updates on product offerings and help simplify standard branch operation functions.
