Raymond James is seeking a Regulatory Operations Analyst to join a collaborative, hybrid team focused on ensuring the integrity and accuracy of non-financial regulatory reporting obligations. The role supports SEC, FINRA, OCC, and other regulators while driving improvements in data quality, controls, and efficiency.

The position offers a hybrid schedule with three days per week in Southfield, MI or Memphis, TN, and opportunities to work remotely.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree preferred in a related field.
• 2+ years in financial services, brokerage operations, regulatory reporting, or compliance.
• Experience with non-financial regulatory reporting in a broker-dealer or financial services environment.

Responsibilities

• Produce, validate, reconcile, and submit non-financial regulatory reports (CAT, EBS, LOPR, Short Interest, etc.).
• Monitor reporting quality, research exceptions, and resolve data discrepancies.
• Collaborate with Operations, Trading, Compliance, Technology, Legal and Risk to improve data quality and controls.
• Support regulatory examinations, audits, and change implementations; document procedures and explore automation.
