Raymond James in Southfield, MI seeks an Account Transfer Associate to facilitate external transfers, resolving complex issues and maintaining key department metrics. The role supports internal associates and Financial Advisors, addressing escalated inquiries with a client-first mindset.

Hybrid schedule includes on-site days (3 per week) at the Southfield corporate office. Initial onsite training is Monday-Thursday for 30 days.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degrees in Accounting, Business Administration, or Finance.
• General Experience - 4 to 6 months.
• Hybrid workstyle with on-site presence in Southfield, MI.

Responsibilities

• Review and approve client transfer requests to/from contra firms.
• Verify documents and compliance for transfer requests.
• Assist with information requests and route complex matters to colleagues.
• Provide basic client support via phone and email; escalate as needed.
• Enter and verify data in branch systems and maintain records.
• Organize daily work schedule to meet changing priorities.
• Adhere to internal and regulatory procedures and coaching plans.
