Job summary

Raymond James is seeking an experienced operations support professional to serve as a key liaison for branch offices, financial advisors, and division management. You will research, troubleshoot, and resolve escalated client account issues, ensuring compliance with policies and service standards.

The role involves maintaining partner relationships, guiding issue resolution, and supporting onboarding for new advisors, with emphasis on program education and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field and five years of experience in financial services preferred.
• SIE license required; Series 7 license or ability to obtain within nine months depending on area.
• Equivalent combination of experience, education, and/or training as approved by HR.

Responsibilities

• Acts as liaison between home office departments and branches to research and resolve escalated client account issues; ensure resolution and proper communications.
• Maintains strong relationships with internal and external business partners.
• Determines best method to resolve issues and follows up to ensure advisor satisfaction and policy adherence.
• Coordinates external due diligence and internal audit requests for existing clients.
