TEKsystems supports Raymond James by placing an Operations Associate in Memphis to assist with opening new accounts and ensuring regulatory compliance. You will provide white-glove service to clients via email, Teams and phone and help with inquiries while coordinating with other departments as needed.

This entry-level, contract-to-hire role emphasizes learning the organization’s policies and procedures and supporting efficient branch operations in a hybrid Memphis environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Business or related field preferred, but not required.
• Entry Level position with contract-to-hire arrangement.

Responsibilities

• Develop knowledge of policies, procedures and regulatory requirements for opening new customer accounts.
• Develop and maintain skills for new account planning activities.
• Provide white-glove service to Raymond James clients via email, Teams, and phone.
• Assist with escalated cases by following SOP and coordinating with other departments.
• Provide updates on product offerings and support standard branch operations.
