Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Support the testing and monitoring of key operational system controls to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures.

• Support root cause analyses for operational issues, control failures, customer impacts, and corrective actions.
• Support the manager with identifying and implementing process improvements to enhance efficiency and control effectiveness.
